We have recently become aware that a quantity of obsolete Rig Marole products, originally discarded because, due to their age, they no longer met our quality and performance standards, have been removed from a waste skip without our permission and are now being offered for resale.
These products are around 20 years old and are not representative of the products currently manufactured and sold by Rig Marole or our authorised stockists.
As with many polymer-based fishing products, performance can deteriorate significantly over time. Consequently, these discarded products should not be used and are not covered by any Rig Marole guarantee or warranty.
In some cases, products may no longer perform to their stated specification despite appearing unused.
To ensure you receive genuine, current products that meet our published specifications, please purchase only from Rig Marole or one of our authorised stockists.
If you are offered any obsolete Rig Marole products, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase or use them. Due to their age, they may no longer perform to their original specification and cannot be guaranteed to meet the quality and performance standards of our current products. You may be able to identify these obsolete products by their older-style Rig Marole labels.
