Rig Marole... Finely Tuned Tackle

Every single product in the Rig Marole range is crafted from the ground upwards to do a specific job...

Versatile Hooklinks
A very versatile DYNEEMA® hooklink material which has a strippable inner of 10lb B/S fluorocarbon. Off the spool it is a stiff hooklink perfect for many presentations but it also comes in to its own with the inner stripped out and cut off giving a supple link. Also you can cut a small section to make the perfect hinge rig which is ideal for changing to pop up tactics.
Freefall ® Lead Clips
Designed as an ejection system for use in areas of snags and weed. When the lead comes in contact with snags or weed, or even on a vicious bite, the clip and lead are discharged from the swivel.
Freefall ® Braided Rig Tubing

This EXTREMELY POPULAR super heavy micro braided tubing has proved to be a massive hit. The only braided rig tube on the market today, it looks and feels identical to braided leaders. The stainless steel inner core is highly polished so you can thread braid or mono through it in seconds . The two tone hi tech braided coating adds camouflage and offers the ultimate fish care while playing fish by minimising the chance of lifting scales. This has inner core diameter of 0.5mm.

LinkteQ®

This 45lb B/S Leader material is Lead Free Technology at its very best innovative and design, adapting a product to fit in with new lake rules or legislation – we’ve got it covered! A micro brass chain braided leader which was in development for 2 years before it was successfully released. It is the most supple leader on the market and contours to even the most challenging lake beds which has earned the wording "GAME CHANGER".

2016 was a game changer for me as I discovered the fantastic Braided Freefall tubing. My syndicate has a strict leadcore and leader ban and is extremely weedy and there is an abundance of zebra and swan mussels which claim victim to many an angler.  I had tried several companies tubing but I wasn’t happy with the presentation, durability or just threading line through.

I remember a friend speaking highly about the original Rig Marole  Freefall tubing and decided to investigate further. Well what can I say, they had brought out a new version in the form of the Braided Freefall tubing.

This is a very supple braided version that comes in a three colours to suit different substrate types. I wasted no time and purchased a pack of each. I took them down the lake to see what they looked like in the water and I was blown away, they sank like a brick and disappeared into the lakebed. Well they ticked all the boxes for me, heavy, supple, camouflaged, easy to thread and very abrasion resistant (you will not get cut of through this tubing due to the stainless steel inner)

Braided Freefall tubing is an industry first and still the only braided tubing available giving you an edge over other anglers that haven’t made the jump.

It still utilises the highly polished stainless steel inner core making it ideal for threading monofilament and braided lines without the difficulties you face with normal tubing. It has an internal core diameter of 0.50mm making it suitable for monofilament lines up to 20lb (depending on manufacturer and diameter)

The Braided outer takes on the water and sediment from the lake bed helping to not only camouflage the tubing but to add additional weight concealing it into the lake substrate ensuring the fish doesn’t come in contact with it allowing them to feed in the area for longer increasing your chances of a pick up. Combined with the stainless inner core it makes the tubing very heavy and in comparison to leadcore weighs significantly more and is also much suppler.
